Erect formwork and single-sided shuttering - high tensile reinforcing bars - pool fittings and pipework caste into pool structure.

'Shotcrete' concrete pnuematically applied to walls and floor.

Temporary timbers and shuttering removed. ABS or PVC solvent pipework connected to pool fittings and run to plant area - pipework testing.

Pool steps constructed. Coping edge tiles fixed to pool/spa perimeter - waterproof render applied to all internal surfaces. Tiling finish and grouting completed - acid washed.

Install filters, pumps, interconnecting pipe work controls, valves and purification equipment to SPATA standards.

Commission plant area and adjust equipment to required settings. Chemically treat and balance water. Demonstrate to client and hand over operation manual.
